I will admit that I was very perturbed and I reached out to Erika Rivas with Sekure Merchant Solutions for help. Erika was very helpful in getting the issue solved as well as making sure that we would not have the issue again. She is a very professional and experienced representative for her company. I was truly upset and ready to just throw in the towel however, after working with her and seeing her responsiveness, her patience and her ability to work with me on behalf of my employer persuaded me to re think my concerns and stay with Sekure Merchant Solutions. I can recommend Erika Rivas and Sekure Merchant Solutions to help you with your credit card needs. We are a medical infusion center in Colorado and as such we do a tremendous amount of credit card insurance payment transactions.
