★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this branch at all cost. The service is extremely slow and whenever the staffs don't know what to do, the manager seems to be absent all the time. A simple bank draft takes 20 min with no customer lining up in front of me on a weekday 2pm. - twice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt discriminated against while I was trying to pull a bank draft out of my credit line. My signature is pretty sloppy I will admit, but even after providing SIN, Driver's License, Scotiabank VISA, MC and Corporate AMEX they would not let me access my account. Might have been because I work for a video game company and wear shorts and tshirt, and have tattoos...not sure either way, but the end result was a huge time sink and overall terrible service from their management team. Michael was cool though, very apologetic through the whole affair. Would not recommend going here unless you have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I activated my account in this branch, and I strongly recommend anyone not to use them. They never have time for you and they don't care about you. When you have a basic request, it's never done. Just avoid them if you can, and better if you avoid this bank completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in, went to the counter some rude teller with blonde here to tells me to say behind the line. There is no sign or anyone telling you anything. Wasn't even at her counter. Went in to open an account to deposit some money. Well I just left and will be opening at another bank. I go to this branch because it's close to work and I'm never really happy . I guess I'll be making my way to my regular branch even though is out of my way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude blonde lady, refuse to print out my bank balances. I got one from another bank across the street and returned. Since my main assets are in this bank, I wanted to know since when did they stop doing so. Instead of explaining it, she began accusing me that I am losing my time since I mentioned that I have no time and cannot wait for the official bank letter tomorrow. How ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my visit to this branch I met a very rude arrogant employee. While I was talking and dealing with one lady and asking my questions about a proof letter for a wire transfer I made, this other lady jumped in and rudely started accusing me of not trusting the bank and shouting while she had her own customer to deal with. All I asked was If I will get any proof of the wire transfer to show it to the recipient.
Would not recommend this branch to anyone. Not everyone's rude here but most of them are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there in early april 2022 - my first visit to a bank in Canada ever. The support was really good, altough i don´t speak french and my English ist not very good. They solved all of my problems this day and now i´m customer of Scotia Bank - everything works fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service ! The financial advisor did not show up for my appointment and after waiting for 30 minutes, I knocked at an office door to find him chatting casually with another employee. Never going back to this branch again and actively looking for a new bank.
