★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice 55 plus apartments. Rent price is good. Place could use a better property manager then they currently have. Pet friendly section but the people allow pets to poop everywhere and cannot bend over to pick it up. Sometime in the elevator and the building smells like urine. Pet entrance door stinks. If they got rid of pets and a better property manager the place would be more appealing.
