★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent automotive shop to have your vehicle serviced. They fix only what needs to be fixed and do it for a reasonable cost. Nice to have an honest shop in the neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Tahoe would not start so I gave it a boost & took it to Accuracy Vital.......told them I needed a battery replacement.......they came back saying the battery checked out okay.....i was not convinced.......how do you explain the need to get a boost.......they insisted I was good to go.......4 days later(-40C) overnight,completely dead .........get a CAA boost.....5 hour wait........find a battery at NAPA but all garages are booked solid......change it myself(-30) on my driveway.........not a simple process in the Tahoe.........definitely off my ''go to'' list.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I brought my car in because of a wobble in the steering wheel. They say that they changed an axle and rotated the tires. I know for a fact now that they did NIETHER of these. The issue was still there. When I told them the woble was still there, they said I had to replace the rear suspension to the tune of $1000. When asked why they didn't do that then instead, I was told it would cost too much. Even though the work or price was never discused with me. Felt ver suspicious so I took my car to another mechanic and it turned out to be a bulged out tire. Replaced two front tires and was all good. Stay far away from Accuracy auto. They will rip you off for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed an issue with my brake. I called around and other shops were quoting 2-3 weeks wait. I called Accuracy at 2pm to see if I could make an appointment. They got me in at 4:30 and had my car back to me in less than an hour. This was all right when the city was being hit with the seasons first winter storm and everyone and their dog was needing their winter tires installed. The work was done well and the tech gave me a good explanation of my issue and offered solutions at various prices.
Great work and I'll be sure to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just want to earn money. I went to them because my car was making weird noise when they checked told me there is axcel problem in it. The price they told me for the exchange was $1300 like have some shame you guys a working just eating our money the same parts i got installed from next door mechanic cost me only 500$. Very poor experience at this place.

I cannot say enough good things about Accuracy,and everyone that works there!
They were Honest ,supportive ,and friendly and went above and beyond any other Garage I have dealt with.
