★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a group of 5 and we had 1 large sushi & sashimi boat and 1 medium sushi boat, excellent stuff! Extremely fresh sashimi, normally I don't each much at other places because they often have a either overly bland and flat flavour, but today's was amazing. Pure and real. Haven't had such tasty sashimi in a long while. Sushi was perfect as well, great rice - perfect amount and texture of the grains really highlights the fish. Lastly, rolls were tasty and made with care, ingredients went so well together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff. It was less than 30 minutes to closing when we arrived but they still warmly welcomed us in. We decided to do takeout and order a spicy sushi combo and a fancier roll. We ordered and paid, then took the food home.
It is still sometimes difficult for me to adjust to the pricing vs quality of sushi since I moved here from BC where fish is cheap and plentiful, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that this place was decently priced and well worth it in presentation, service, and quality.
We got home and the fancier roll was carefully placed and wrapped in a way so that the pieces stayed upright and intact. Fish quality was very good. And wasabi had a good punch. I appreciated that the sushi chef also put the wasabi in the nigiri pieces.
I am looking forward our next visit, next time not so late, so we can try other dishes like the grilled fish. This place might become my go to place for sushi and other Japanese style food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I am rating this a 5 for the food and atmosphere. Normally good service but the last time we were there it was fairly busy and a bit understaffed, couldn't get a drink refill. Quality is absolutely fantastic mum and pop feel with these cute private booths for 2-4 people. Pricing is not too bad either for non all you can eat /al a carte and beautiful plating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rolls are massive and delicious. The mango roll.worj fried potato on it is the best m mix of fish, fruit and potato ever. The Blue ocean roll is a perfect way to end a meal , wrapped in cucumber it is super refreshing. Like a fish salad... Will be coming back... Ps best Miso soup ever!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small quiet sushi place and very well maintaned. Came here several times and the staffs are super friendly and service seems to always be good here. Seems like it is a family business as the old chef (i think owner) seems to always works here. Best part is the sushi quality and taste here is above all others in the area and at a very competitively low price. Even the soy sauce seems to taste homemade and not salty. I usually don't like the ginger that comes with the sushi but this place seems to do it right. Also sushi rice seems to be just right as in seasoning and texture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small portions for the price. The spicy udon with seafood hardly had any seafood - there was one shrimp and another clam. The soup was also much lesser than expected. The flavour was fine but felt cheated with the portion.
