★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, who are amazing foodies! Got great recommendations while we're in town. They also have Pimenton de la Vera (spanish smoked paprika). **THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN NORMAL PAPRIKA. Hungarian, or other that is "wood smoked" are nothing compared to this sweet, aromatic, enhancer of natural flavour. This is my absolutely favorite spice to cook with, and I looked for it in 4 other stores with no luck. So even for just the paprika, Go to Seeds Market!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad we have Seeds in downtown Cumberland, It's a great Green Grocery to have locally. There is a wide selection and the staff are very friendly/helpful. I especially like their Focaccia bread they stock from Denman Island. YUM!!
