J	Jill Halton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company, they treat their employees like slaves. Only acknowledging their mistakes, and never really appreciating them for all the hard work. The supervisors are even more arrogant, having no skill on how to run and manage a team. I am specifically talking about the mobile unit. Michael the so called Manager is just very disrespectful, and only will talk to the employees he "likes" the rest are all are idiots for him. Overall if you are thinking about applying to Securitas think twice.
M	Mitchell Flatt (WulfofSilver) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Securitas for 4 years, I met some amazing people there and the front-line staff are certainly capable and skilled in their trade, however, the problem I found the most was with the administration. I noticed a lack of direction, acknowledgment and support to the staff on various sites, and a lot of lying between the teeth from hiring managers offering positions people wanted but tossing them in crummy positions that show no possibility of upward development. The office staff were also very difficult to work with. Schedulers kept getting changed. One week it would be person A, and then a few weeks later it was person B. HR never responded to inquiries, and I tried many times and left many messages to ask about issues especially when they involved my health. It took many tiresome months to get involved in the Supervisor training and even after I completed it, no one got their results because the trainer had quit and no one was put up to replace him and continue their work. I busted my back for Securitas, wanting to grow in the industry but never getting the option to do so. Keeping their staff ignorant to what they are entitled to as workers and paying them less than they deserve to be paid. After everything I had to do and went through, I left the company with a injured lumbar and nothing to show for it.

When I was working there the manager was so busy fraternizing with the staff that she forgot she was the manager. What happened to having integrity and professionalism? Dispatchers were rude and thought they were in charge of you just because you report to them. Supervisors were arrogant and will try to get you fired. Staff sleeping with their employees. Lots of set-up activity and backstabbing. I could go on.
