They recovered all the data on my fried hard drive which had been fried for over 2 years without any issue. I was and am very impressed and would certainly recommend them to anybody who wants their data recovered. Val was who took care of me personally and they even sent me a new hard drive to replace the damaged one the day after payment. Super fast delivery and far beyond my expectations.

The services are on the pricy side, however the quality of work and service is superb. The only thing I would recommend as a Canadian customer, is to show the USD currency in the quote as it is not obvious right away. In any case, Kim displayed a high level of professionalism and the engineers were able to recover all my photos and place them in a secure back up drive very quickly. I highly recommend their services.
