So I called Nelson Plumbing instead which did the job within 30 mins. Very efficient and much cheaper too. Please don't bring your problems and hate on your job or else your business will suffer.

It was a huge mess and a nasty job but he stayed late and got everything done. I expected a huge bill but when he gave me the price I was shocked. I got a great deal and would recommend these guys to anyone.

I looked through the local phone book, and Sechelt Plumbing was the company that came to the rescue on short notice. As soon as I called, the office staff person Emma told me how soon a plumber could come, and when I requested help, she sent one of Sechelt Plumbing's experts, Martin. When he arrived, I quickly became confident in his expertise and professionalism. He answered my questions clearly and explained the situation along with my options, potential problems, and unknowns. It was a pretty awkward space for using a torch, but I really appreciated the obvious skill your plumber brought to the task as I watched. Nice to know Sechelt Plumbing is there in an emergency! Many thanks!
D	Dawson Conway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sechelt Plumbing arrived at my home late of the scheduled appointment time without prior notice. The plumber then declined to do the work stating that it was “a challenge” and that he “could kind of pick and choose” what he does. He recommended that we choose another contractor who was interested in “a challenge” but said he “wasn’t allowed” to recommend someone else's services. All I can say in positivity was that he didn’t charge us the assessment fee even though I was perfectly prepared to pay the amount necessary for the required service.
E	Em Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately after 6 months of trying to coordinate a simple job and being yelled at I have to leave this review. After 3 months of trying to book an appointment the plumber just showed up and didn't wear a mask or booties when entering my home, when I was not home which is illegal as there was no appointment set. Did not address issue of fuel pressure, just left boot marks on the ground. Then when we had an appointment a few weeks later for him to come back, they cancelled and when we rescheduled for a couple days later and even though they said they would let me know when they would arrive, they did not and I wasn't home which again is illegal. I didn't even get any information on whether or not they had come by until I contacted them twice and when they finally called to inform me why they didn't fix anything, they threatened me. Will be making a bbb claim. This is not acceptable.
