★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real nice upscale building with beautiful landscaping, with a gorgeous view of the river. This is a very safe place for my father-in-law who is elderly but still likes to have his car handy for quick trips with the safe underground parking and secured entrance. The hallways and elevator are always clean and always seem to be available when we need it. This is a really nice community address. The exterior is really scenic with a cute gazebo, pathways to the dock. During the summer, we have enjoyed live entertainment right down on the river walkway.
