★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Audi to do its seasonal tire change, oil change, a brake service and alignment - everything went well. They have a few tech's that are very savvy when it comes to imports, they don't only specialize in Gm's.
Brandon was great as usual, no issues whatsoever.
Everyone is always pleasant to deal with at this dealership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the drive up that Seaway offers for oil changes. I don’t have much time for this type of thing as I have to travel some distance from home to work(between Quebec and Cornwall) They are fast and efficient and a fare price. Would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience of ownership and customer service with Seaway GM. Bought a new Chevy traverse just over a year ago, after 2 months of ownership the 360 camera system malfunctioned. The vehicle has been in well over 12 times for work on the exact same issue every time. This is not what I signed up for when purchasing a new vehicle. Spoke to management multiple times about the issue, 0 form of compensation given, 2 occasions where they "forgotten about my appointment" and I had to call in to verify the work on my car, along with my vehicle work lost its booked time slot and had to be kept overnight.
I brought up that I'd like the vehicle to be bought/traded off me, as I didn't feel comfortable trading it in somewhere, to leave the ongoing issues to a unsuspecting buyer. After warranty ends, I couldn't imagine the cost for so many diagnostics and repairs out of pocket. They offered to "help" me out buy buying/trading in the SUV, and offered the literal lowest amount according to Canadian black book on a trade in with the equipped options.
I own two GM products, one being Chevrolet and another a Cadillac. Im hoping buying a second GM product wasn't a mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased 2 vehicles in the past couple of months with Seaway. Great dealership and awesome salesman Matt Hope and awesome finance manager Cory Maxam, they treat you very well. I would have given a 5 star however we've been having a bad experience with one salesman Derek, his office is the first cubicle when you walk in dealership and he is just too aggressive for me and my family. He doesn't stop pestering us even though we tell him we are here to see Matt or someone else. He made my daughter feel very uncomfortable every time we went into the dealership.

Was pleasantly served by Amy in service.
Was kept informed of the work needed and the time
It would take.
As planned my truck was ready and had a new fuel pump and a throttle body installed.
The cost was very reasonable.
Thanks guys for getting the beast back to work!
