Lovely trail for a half day hiking. Easy to moderate trail with beautiful scenery. We started from Highway 7 entrance towards the south section. The dam is a nice place to take photos.

We start from whitevale Park to white road north around 5 hours excursion whit some stop to eat and take photos. Nice trail, lot of mud for me was a moderate trail. We see a beaver, fish and a variety of birds. A bit noisy close to the highway. Unfortunately was Sunday and was crowded of people that's made my expirience not the best.

Great trail, not stroller friendly. The parking lot not big size, limited spots. There are not public washrooms here. If you like nature, it’s good choice. This trail can be messy after rainy days.

Great trail. I’d done the southern part in the winter snowshoeing with my partner right on the frozen river and the part in the summer is really pretty.

Really fun trail. Came here with a couple friends and we were amazed with how pretty, calming, and fun this trail was. Lots of nature, rivers, a mini waterfall, bridges and even staircases. Wouldn't recommend brining children because the pathways can be very narrow and steep. Wear good shoes because you can easily slip and fall trying to go up some of the hills and also because of the amount of mini sticks on the floor. This is a great place to for some peace and quiet. Will be back for sure!

Great trail! Lots of shaded areas. We chose the parking close to highway 7. Take bug spray! I was being eaten alive. Also, in certain areas if you stand still for too long, ants will climb up your legs. Eek. We took our two dogs because they like swimming. 5 stars because our dogs enjoyed it immensely! The water looked really clean too!

This trail was absolutely beautiful and serene. I love nature and going hiking. It was a little bit on the icy side but that is to be expected cause they can't put salt down during the winter on hiking trails. You just need to be extra careful. My daughters loved it cause the one trail we walked along, went underneath a bridge and along side a river. The trees were covered in snow and it just looked amazing. We didn't go down the entire trail cause it was already mid afternoon. Next time we go, we will walk the full trail. I would definitely recommend this trail to anyone that enjoys hiking during any season.
