No actual work was done on his part. All I wanted was to schedule a time to meet, and not only was no meeting scheduled, I was completely forgotten. Not once did the receptionist remember who I was. She was not apologetic, even though I reminded her of who I was every time I called. If this is the way that Mr Kelly does business, I would not recommend even trying to call. EXTREMELY POOR IN EVERY WAY!

As a good lawyer is supposed to do, he made a point of examining every possible move we could make in a particularly difficult case before laying the various options out for us and helping us to understand the ramifications and consequences of our choices. We liked that he always insisted that we make the choice and never forced his opinion. His billings were always timely, itemized and detailed, which helped us track our progress and expenses as our case progressed. We appreciated that we never had to try and recall the purpose or topic of phone call or letter that was itemized on his list, because of this timeliness. We would – and have – recommended him to friends and associates. We are convinced that he truly had our best interests at heart and did everything legally possible to advance our case with professionalism and competence.
