We met Sean a couple of years ago when he gave us a house appraisal as we were starting a home search outside the GTA. When we finally found a home that we were interested in buying out of town, we contacted the listing agent of the house for a viewing. What we didn’t know was that the house would attract multiple offers with offers expected to go well above listing price. Because the agent represented the seller as well as us, the potential buyer, he could not help us determine a price to offer. We were really lost and so we contacted Sean to ask for direction of where we should educate ourselves. What impressed us most was that with no real ties to us, Sean reached out immediately, met us and walked us through what to expect. Subsequently we were successful in our purchase and continued on to list and sell our current home with Sean. He was very professional, prompt and clear with communication. It was a complete pleasure to work with Sean and we highly recommend him.

We originally planned on interviewing three agents, but after meeting Sean Johnny we decided he was the agent for us. Sean toured our home, walked us through the overall process and got us started on our new home search. We had very specific criteria and Sean immediately began searching properties for us to consider. When we decided to sell our house we were looking for someone we could trust, knew what they were doing and would give us good advice that we could count on.
