Sean is the guy you want in your corner during the (likely) worst time of your life. He was reachable at practically all hours of the day/night over the weekends and even came in on a Sunday to meet me. I came to Sean through a referral after hearing my first plea deal for a federal criminal case. The plea deal was less than in my favor and left me with little to no options. Sean Fagan saved my life. I found myself in the darkest, scariest moments of my life, I was placed under arrest, and facing 10 very serious criminal charges. Sean was the first and only person I was referred to. I came to meet him and I had never been more lost, hopeless and confused. I had never met a lawyer, I had never been in legal trouble, I did not understand any legal terms on the stacks of paper I had been given by police. I met with Sean, his confidence, and professionalism was an immediate green light for me. He commanded respect in the court room, he spoke clearly, smoothly and without hiccup or stutter. Sean made the opposing legal team look defeated, they were scrambling and grasping at anything to hang on, Sean remained calm and cool, he was not going to allow me to be bullied in the court room. I was found not guilty, on all charges, the jury deliberated in only a matter of hours. After many months of worry, the nightmare is finally over, the judge says not guilty, the jury all individually stand up and say not guilty. I cannot ever thank Sean enough for helping me, and believing me. This trial was not simple, or quick or open and close, it was very big, and very messy, Sean handled everything and did it standing straight, tall and strong. I put all my trust in Sean, and he did not let me down. Thank you Sean, my friends and my family thank you-it is because of you that I am a free man.
