He is incredibly patient with my changes and putting together the most amazing itinerary for my clients and I am ready to book the first couple. I am so happy that we have met. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I wanted to book a multi-city tour with them, it took 2 weeks to get an email response from Andersons for a tentative itinerary. My reply to that email was never answered. Perhaps things get lost in cyberspace..... Being patient I called to try and book the trip with an agent. I stressed to the agent on the phone that I was really interested and wanted to book the trip. She said she needed to verify hotel availability and would get back to me shortly. That was 10 days ago and still no reply. Needless to say I went ahead and booked the entire trip myself. Please stay away from Anderson travel, they have no idea what good customer service is.

We had 5 nights 6 days on our vacation. Our hotel at Best Western Gold Rush Inn. Very clean & the people were great. Enjoyed having the pub downstairs for breakfast & dinner. Our trip was very full & little time for sleep. One of the best parts of our trip was the helicopter tour. Our pilot was Malcolm. He was fantastic. We were also greeted by the owner. It was a perfect way to start our tour. That afternoon we went on a tour of the Wildlife preserve & Hot Springs. Being Canadian the animals were not rare except for the Linx and the Hot Springs was disappointing. The water was not HOT & not very clean. The next day was a full day of Snowmobiling. My husband drove the snowmobile & I rode on the back. I was very happy my husband was experienced with snowmobiling in his younger days. Our guide KGO was fantastic. He was very patient & knowledgeable. He made our day unforgettable. That evening we went for a viewing of the Northern lights & were able to see them through the camera & purchased a picture. Our guide Motto was very determined to assist us with this. The only upsetting part of our tour was the dogsledding. Mind you we only had 3 hours sleep from the night before. I was told that I could not ride in the slay on a 1/2 day tour. I was not given any choice when booking this tour with you originally. I have gone dog sledding in Algonquin Park and their dogs were trained to stop with a special word & far more in control. I lasted 2 1/2 hours after being thrown 3 times!! it was a miracle I wasn't hurt. This tour is not for the average city person who has very little experience with this activity. The description of this tour was "a gentle ride through the serene Whitehorse area" May I suggest that you offer modified options for those of us to choose from. The guests at our hotel would meet in the lobby to discuss our tours & I am not the only person who had very BAD experience of this tour. Word of mouth will be getting out & will hurt this tour.
