Re Sealy review. Please read through the glowing Leon’s review as Sealy who owns Tempur-Pedic is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. 3 phone calls & 5 emails later, I received a call from Dan from Tempur-Pedic who sounded helpful & said he would get back to me but didn’t & it has been 2+ weeks. Tempur-Pedic never answers their customer service phone - they advise you a rep will get back to you in 48 hours which doesn’t happen & I also did not receive any response to my 5 emails. Sealy.ca (who owns Tempur-Pedic), never responded to any correspondence at all. So while the products might be good (they are expensive so they should be), should you experience a problem as unfortunately I did, they are quite disgusting in providing service - actually their customer service skills are non -existent. As I comment below - shame on both Tempur-Pedic and moreover, their owners Sealy. I am quite disgusted. Please read on. This 5 star review is not so much about Leon’s but more so about the wonderful service I received from their representative whose name was Afua. She was delightful and moreover, solved my month long issue regarding delivery of a Tempur-Pedic mattress & Reflexion Pulse platform base in about 30 minutes! After 3 phone calls and several emails to both Tempur-Pedic and Sealy, who owns them, I finally sent a desperate email to Leon’s this morning. Afua listened to my weary story and displayed genuine concern regarding the lack of service I had received from both Tempur-Pedic & Sealy. She took charge of my dilemma and got me the help I needed. The technician has not arrived to fix the issue yet however given Afua’s attention to my plight ( she even called me back to confirm what exactly the issue is), I have complete confidence that everything will be fixed within a few days in sole part because of Afua’s assistance and her genuine care for her customers. As a customer who needed help and a Senior with limited mobility issues, I am appreciative to get help and grateful that Afua called me within hours of my email to Leons. She should be recognized for outstanding efforts. Thank you Afua! On another note, but related to the same issue - shame on Tempur-Pedic’s & Sealy’s deplorable customer service. They are truly the worst I have ever come across. Regards Margaret Maloney

BUYERS BEWARE Very disappointed in Sealy mattresses the brick nor Sealy stands by the 180 day warranty our mattress developed a full length hump in the middle of the mattress in less than 90 days that renders it un unusable we contacted them and they sent a representative out and he decided that a huge hump in the bed is acceptable. Apparently 2000 dollars is not enough money for them to stand by their warranty. Totally disappointed with Sealy and the brick .they tell you what you want to hear at time of purchase but do not back it up .buyer beware we do not recommend buying from the brick mattress store in cambridge or Sealy since this is how they treat their customers BUYER BEWARE.

I recently purchased a Sealy Posturepedic coil tight top mattress and discovered something called off gassing. I never experienced this with any other new mattress I have ever purchased. This was the absolute worst smell I have ever experienced in my life, which caused migraines, dizziness and nausea. I contacted Sealy's horrible customer service department. After 5 weeks of enduring the off gassing which had no end in site, I finally returned the mattress. I will never buy another Sealy mattress and Warn others not to either.

I've owned an adjustable bed for 9 yrs, and now the motor has died. There is no one to fix it even if I pay for it, because I began that search 6 months ago. But worse, the bed quit in an upright position. I've called Sealy Canada and was put through to a phone that no one answered and had no voicemail. When I called back, the receptionist chose not to pick up so I left a voice mail. No one has called back and I don't expect anyone will. I just want to know if there's a manual way to drop the bed down to a horizontal position until I can buy a replacement. If not, then there should be a manual alternative built in to the bed frame. Their customer service SUCKS!
