★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a customer but wanted to give a word of warning as one of their company drivers rolled back into our company truck, and when our driver got out to look at the damage, their driver drove off. Our worker followed him to get his licence details and we reported it to their company. The damage was not significant, but other than an acknowledgement twice, One from their legal dept, (intimidation?) we have heard nothing back. We had simply wanted some acknowledgment that the driver would be dealt with and that they would pay for the minor repair, and it did not have to involve police or insurance, as we were willing to fix the damage ourselves to keep costs down, but they have not reached out to us in any way, just simply ignoring us. Just wanted to let people know what sort of dealings we have had with them,.
