On a Sunday morning I didn’t expect to hear back from the company, I was wrong, within a half hour of leaving my query I got a call to discuss the details of my vehicle. An appointment was made for my vehicle to be picked up and paid for within the hour.
The attentant arrived, explained the procedure to me and even removed my licence plates! Money was exchanged, he kindly explained which part of the registration that I signed over and which was to be returned with my licence plate, I was paid cash and within 30mins my old vehicle was on her way to the scrapyard.
Kind, considerate and efficient! Excellent service. Thank you!
