About Scott Family Dental
Debbie
Debbie was born in Lakefield, Ontario and moved to Geraldton in 1963 where she resided for the next 40 years. During that time Debbie gained extensive receptionist experience. A few years after moving to Thunder Bay, Debbie joined the Scott Family Dental team in 2012 to provide her expertise at our office.
“This position has been very fulfilling by being able to gain extensive dental knowledge and being able to communicate with the patients.” “It is very rewarding to inform our patients about how important oral health is to having great health.”
“When I was younger, I never had that experience, and it sure would have made a difference in the caring of my teeth” explained Debbie. In her leisure time, camping, aquatics, knitting, and sewing are some of her favourite activities. She cherishes spending time with her grandchildren and family. Debbie also finds it relaxing and refreshing to take her dog, Piper for walks. Debbie looks forward to greeting you at Scott Family Dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great practice. All the dentists are gentle and good at what they do. They honour their work. I had a chipped front tooth and the fix only lasted a month. They fixed it for free and addressed the underlying issue that caused the chip in the first place. My hubby has a phobia of dentists, but I can actually get him to go here. Believe me, that says a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Donna Scott did an excellent job of providing veneers to two of my front teeth. She was thorough and detailed about her work and wanted me to be happy with it, which I was. She was professional and quite pleasant and friendly, as were her assistants. I would recommend her for restorative dental work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our first visit to Scott Family Dental was very positive. the staff are friendly and the office is very clean. Dr Scott checked my tooth, ordered an X-ray to check for problems under the gum, and sat with me to explain my options. She is very pleasant and likeable, maybe that has nothing to do with her skills but it helps.. My friend had some work done recently with Dr Scott and she was very happy with the procedure and final result. I get the feeling she is fussy about her work.
I’m looking forward to getting my bridge done as the open space has been driving me crazy.
Definitely 5 star rating for Dr Scott and her office staff.

They were more than accommodating to see me (as I do not have a dentist) and are willing to take me on as a client. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Donna, she has great “bed side manor” and is very thorough with her assessments and gives excellent feedback with questions.
