In last few weeks they put my 2 pay cheques on hold. Now I have nothing in my chequing. Every deposit upto $100k is going to be on hold until the bank fix it . I cannot pay for my car, home, grocery, nothing. I am getting late fee penalties from everywhere and the bank is doing nothing. No one is helping at all. I am in Winnipeg and here they say that your domicile is in Montreal so you have to contact them. In Montreal no one is answering my calls or emails and then I am told to go there in person. I don’t want to travel 2300 kilometres when they have their branches all over the Canada. Just because they are not really trying to sort out , I cant rush to other place. I’m just not getting any kind of help. They are supposed to at least provide Some services instead of clearly not trying to deal with it. This is terrible experience I have ever had in my life. I do not recommend anyone to join this banking
