β β β β β Mr. Anil Kanwer , The Mortgage Financial planner at Scotia Bank ( Panaroma Place Branch ) is very helpful and had completed the mortgage deal on time and got excellent rate of interest with the mortgage. He is very knowledgable and goes beyond to take care until the client is satisfied. I am very pleased and happy to say that Mr.Anil is an excellent choice for mortgage issues and planning. β β β β β Very nice and friendly front desk staff, I visited branch located on 72nd avenue for cheque related issue, lady on the door denied immediately tried to avoid customers, and this branch on 56 avenue solve my same issue right away.

Most stupid, illiterate, unprofessional and non sense aunty. Went there to close my account and she was in hurry to go home. SCOTIA BANK please replace these kind of cheap staff with professional staff. You lost 1 more customer.

β β β β β I had a great experience with opening up my chequing account at Scotiabank. My financial advisor was Shashi who was very knowledgeable and a good listener. Also, the staff named Manveen was very customer oriented and helpful towards her colleagues. Keep it up!

β β β β β This location never seems to have enough staff to assist the amount of clients that seem to visit here daily. Itβs unfortunate that business owners like myself have to wait over half hour to be assisted. Also the team there isnt fully knowledgeable on their systems - had to return 3 times as well as spending over 2 hours attempting to set up a debit card (that had a chip malfunction). Just a complete waste of my time.
