T	Tarn Heer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CIBC Panorama should be ashamed for their absolute disregard for customer service. During a recent visit on a Saturday afternoon, they had 1 out of 6 wickets open. Customers shouldnt have to spend significant time during the weekend for banking due to poor planning on part of the branch manager.

I was not aware of anything I just knew I can go to any cibc branch and activate my account I visited them and as I entered inside a meet Mr Nakul Kaushal what a gentleman he is, he greated me very well and activated my account within minutes and Handel over my debit card . He explained to me very nicely how the banking works here in Canada,how I can use my chequin and Saving account and gave me detailed explanation about credit card and it's use, as I was leaving has going he even helped in activating my debit card and making deposit of the cash which I had. All in all an amazing experience a big kudoos to Mr Nakul Kaushal. He is extremely good at what he is doing , guys if you visit Cibc or want to activate your GIC account go for this branch and Mr Nakul. No doubt about it. Thank you so much for everything Mr Nakul
A	A P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahdi very unprofessional and attitude been a customer for over 20yrs didnt meet my banking needs and tell me after a month he has moved to a diff role. Very disappointing leaving me hanging.

Had to wait like 10 minutes because of some lady being a Karen in front of me so it would've been nice if they had another teller available.
