★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onkar, small business advisor at this branch, can’t handle his job. 2017-2020 he has been my contact. Every time he has handled something with my account he has made a mistake or given wrong information or not replied to my contact. When setting up my business credit account in 2017 he never called when cards came to branch, then got destroyed. And to re order. When I incorporated my business we signed papers for minimum payment to go through, which were not filed and ended up in scotiabank collections over a tiny $700 credit bill. The reply and service have always consistently been bad. Always makes mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable hours of operation 10-16!!! MO-FR. No weekend hours. Absolutely terrible customer care, if you need to do something with your money they not here, this Bank is good to take your money only. Will finally switch to a better one, enough is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can't get anything done with this bank. We waited about 30 minutes on the phone to book a phone appointment, and then they never called.
They rebooked us for another phone call appointment, and no one called again. Really disappointing.
We're also still waiting on an application we made in-person more than 6 months ago, and still nothing, no reply and no updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the teller are very accomodating but the manage shes like underestimating the client that cant pay the debt on credit card shes very rude and offensive the way she talked to the client...btw WHo Is SHE?!!! to treat that way to anyone she deal with in a bank ..and in her title shes not carrying it good herself..she damaged the Title ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of my time dealing with this branch. They can't even make it to their scheduled phone appointments. I waited for their phone call during the allotted timeframe of one hour, with no call. I call the phone center and best I get is a rescheduled appointment 24 hours later. They don't care about customer service and they really let it show with how unprofessional they are with such simple tasks. I'd suggest avoiding this branch as best as you can and seek actual professionals who will honor appointments.
