One of the worst branches in town. I had to wait 45 minutes to get in. The occupancy limit was 10 and there were 15 staff with only 3 counters open. Avoid this branch at all costs if you have a job or a business to run. After waiting for nearly an hour in the line I was told that my documents were incorrect. I waited another 15 minutes to see the Assitant Manager Lilly to explain my situation. She went into technicalities and ultimately tried to prove that she was right. It was just a waste of time talking to her. From the line ups in this branch it seems that they are inefficient and unprofessional top to bottom and the management at Scotia should take cognizance of this situation.

Worst branch. Door said 10 persons allowed while according to the Guard out of 10, 5 are employees. Guard at the door, to Relationship employee, Manager of the branch, all are un-cooperative. Both Relationship employee and Manager just seem to have no knowledge and to deal with the customers. Both kept arguing. Will not recommend this branch to anyone.

The worst experience that I ever had at this branch and this bank. Few weeks ago I tried to deposit a large amount of cash into ABM. Suddenly the ABM stopped and closed. My money are left in the machine without receipt. I reported to the branch immediately. After 40 minutes wait they said that they canโ€™t do anything and asked me to call 1-800 line. I did. Then I was told I had to deal with the branch. The branch asked me going home to wait. During these times, these was no news, no phone call. I tried to call the branch, the person I deal with never answer the phone. The voice mail is always full, I canโ€™t leave messages. I had to repeatedly to go to the branch. It took 3 weeks before I got my money back, even a week after I was told they confirmed my money was in the ABM. There was no apology, no compensation. If I owe this bank money, they will charge me day by day. When they had problem and owe me the money, they do it at their pace. If I hadnโ€™t kept ask them, God knows how long it will take, or I ever get my money back. Donโ€™t trust this branch and this bank. Take your money elsewhere or just keep in your pocket. If I could, I will give 0 star. Currently this branch is rated at 2.3 stars, you should know why.

Worst experience Specially with financial advisors, I applied credit card and they took more than 6 weeks and still havenโ€™t receive any call from bank And financial advisor of that branch (Saravanan) is on holiday for like 2 months Not giving proper answers, delay services,rude behaviour on phone

Had a mixed experience at this branch, the facilities especially the ATM machines weren't upto scratch, but the staff were great. Tried to withdraw $1000, but the machine timed out and my funds were stuck for over a week. But the staff at the branch, especially the Customer Experience Lead by the name of Sukanya Kanesalingam was pleasant to deal with & followed up with me twice without being prompted & proactively tried to help me out. Dealing with the tellers themselves was also hassle free & straightforward. I would recommend this place just for the people working there, the ATM machines are another story altogether

This branch is the worst. Elena the teller was ignorant and couldn't give me my new debit card, claiming that my name wasn't on the list and credit company hadn't mailed it to them. I explained to her but, she felt very entitled yet knew nothing ? ? About getting a card and all details filled in at the your branch. I had to go twice to the branch, so frustrating. And staffs are always very slow. Third time having a bad experience with customer service and ATM. Switching banks

This is a horrible bank. I took my parents to get a re financing, three weeks ago. The csr didnโ€™t follow up at all and has not responded to us in 3 weeks. We asked for a 30 year mortgage and she put it at a 19 year mortgage. At the very least call us and explain what is happening. We even went in another day to speak to another csr and he explained she gas not been in over two weeks. Well who covers for her? Why cant anyone else do anything to support us. Now we have to find a way to contact the branch manager. Infuriating!

First of all, the technology is inadequate at this location. The branch completely ignores maintenance of the machines. The touch screen wasn't working on the first machine I used. I moved to a second machine where it didn't allow me to choose how I would like to withdraw my cash so it automatically gave me 20s. I went to a third machine to deposit it and the machine rejected some of the 20s that were given to me FROM THE SAME BRANCH. So I am under the impression the money I currently have is fake and I can't even do anything about it at this time since it's closed. Poorly managed branch and even worse machines. Also, the lobby for the machine is a mess. There are random gloves and a bag there. Unclean and a waste of time to go to this branch for self serve. You are better off going to a different one.
