★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a meeting with the branch manager Tom today. I don’t understand some of the bad reviews here? Tom was easy to talk to and down to earth. All the associates I dealt with took the time to answer all my questions and were super nice. I don’t feel like a number at this branch, make an appointment with Tom ( branch manager ) for any of your needs l.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not deserve one star. I am finally free - advise that if you a looking for a bank do not go to this one. My experience almost cost me my home because of very bad financial advice from their senior advisor TN. Sucker Punched me - I have learned a very valuable lesson. Their customer service is there until they get your money and then no one wants to talk or help you - your just stuck. I have got myself out of it and deeply regret the day I darkened that door step. BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE AND TN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in advance to confirm that the estate cheque could be cashed by the son of the recipient. Arrived, then was told I needed original cheque owner to be present. Original cheque owner arrives, and is told they still cannot cash cheque. Wasted trip that wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't a pandemic. 2 stars only because front service woman is a professional. Manager should go. Can't help but think if I would help them meet their high cost (scam) mutual fund sales targets they would have cashed it. Oh well! Overall this would be a medium to large yikes of a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly have problems at almost every scotiabank but in my years of being with this bank I have never loved one location so much. They are always kind and friendly and empathetic when helping you. They recognize you and know you which means a lot to me. I have had a rough week and after being rudely turned away at a different location I came to this one the lady at the front was helpful and empathetic to my situation and didnt even question me she said that she would love to help which is more then I can say for the other lady at the other location.
In other words if your looking for an amazing branch with amazing people I give a high recommendation to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally don’t do reviews but I just have to. I was in the bank this morning and had Galina the teller. I’m not sure what her issues are but she always makes banking difficult for me. She’s unpleasant and rude. I enjoy the other tellers but cringe when I get her. The manager needs to retrain this one for customer service. I will no longer be visiting this branch because of the way she treats customers. Not recommended to see this teller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost never give out negative reviews but this branch is absolutely horrible. Wouldn't verifily a certified cheque when I've never had issues anywhere else. Now my family is out of a vehicle for 5 days as we can't pay for the down deposit on our new one. I will 100% be closing my account. Avoid them at all possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The financial advisor Davin Simao neither have customer service skill nor he cares about customer time. I gave up and went with CIBC who are more responsible and values the customer.
I approached this branch for Mortgage pre approval, He doesn’t have appointments available which is understandable, so I managed to get one on my lunch break we talked about all and later I had questions on check list been 3months no response to my multiple phone calls and voice mails.
Glad I didn’t have to wait and deal with arrogant people at CIBC.
