★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch on June 2th 2020. Ordered chicken fingers upgraded to poutine, breaded shrimp with fries and 1 can of iced tea...total $35.
Be very carefull, watched the owner wash her hands for only 5 seconds after handling my cash instead of the recommended 20 seconds to rid potential COVID.
The chicken fingers were sub par and the poutine was just ok...fries were not cooked enough.
Shrimp..5 small pieces with a clump of undercooked fries in which I threw out.
Very expensive, low quality food in my opinion for the money spent...Not the same when Jimmie was owner...
Won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I stopped here yesterday, after coming from mckellar post office. he ordered the poutine with pulled pork, about $12,00 honestly there was enough for a family of 5 in the container, very generous indeed, my son said it was absolutely delicious,
The lady that served us is very friendly and kind,
I will definitely be going back, for days that I don't want to cook myself,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and selection of Pub Style Food. Friendly service. My husband and sons love the monster burger with pulled pork, I love the shrimp and fry basket! Had the chicken finger basket and was not the cheap breaded chicken that you get at most fast food places, this chicken tastes hand battered. Poutine was very good too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kids chicken and hot dogs were ok. But the cheese poutine was the worst poutine I've ever had. Without cheese curds it can hardly be called a poutine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting with the price, A hotdog, small fries and Pepsi set me back about $15, dont get me wrong the fries were huge for a small but the price was still a little high compared to to other places I've gone. I agree that this is a small business but with such high prices its hard to get returning customers.
Now let's look at the quality, I was extremely satisfied with the fries, though some were a little overdone the rest was done to perfection. The hotdog on the other hand looked quite sad, tasted fine but I wouldn't say it was worth $6. It looked as if it was sitting there for the entire day based off the color and outer texture.
The service was good, though they forgot my Pepsi and I had to go back I had no complaints, they were friendly and gave a homely vibe.
I was overall satisfied but not to the greatest extent. I will be back to try the other manu items during my stay and hope to come back to a better experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scoobys was busy when I stopped by but service was fast and friendly. I had the burger and 3 cheese poutine, both were tasty and filling, the small poutine was huge and I loved it. Will stop by again soon. Today I had the Crispy Chicken Breast with cheese and bacon. It was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, slightly tangy and crispy. A must try. Highly recommended, give it a try.
