★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High Turn over of staff results in sub par service. One day is good and one day is bad. Salvatore is great and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home, not the same with the rest of the staff. Also Music is great but a coffee shop is also a meeting place for people to talk, If the music is too loud and we have to get close to the other person's ear to talk, meeting here for conversation is pointless. The opening time change from 6:30 to 7:00 AM is also not good as there are regular who frequently arrive prior to this time and now have to wait ouside or go to another coffee shop. The Food and the Coffee are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for coffee or brunch. I work nearby and this is my favorite place to have a espresso and eat one of their breakfast sandwiches and their amazing butter croissant. The staff is always upbeat and super nice. Camila, Alessandro and Carol always provide that special touch that you cannot find elsewhere.
