C	Carmen Littlelight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Don’t waste money here. The owners want you to check out right away and pay extra. They might even lie about how many guests you have, be careful if you stay here. You have to be very clear how many people are staying with you. The room smells old, the beds are uncomfortable, and no amenities are offered except a fake stove. We stayed for one night and was charged $250 + $60 USD. The maid said we had 7 guests in one room so they charged an additional $30 USD. They threaten to involve the police, also racially profiled us as guests, spoke over and yelled at us. I do not recommend staying here. Save your money on a better and cleaner hotel.

Felt I’ll for the entire day after only 1 sip. Hotel owners very very rudely dismissed our complaints and told us we were lucky to have found a hotel in Tofino. I’d give them zero stars
T	Thomas Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms stank (enough that we tried to seriously limit time spent in the room), and the motel is way overpriced for the dingy, dated and smelly rooms. I would recommend booking here only as a last resort. The positives are that the location is great and the linens were clean.

We we try to talk about that to the manager he just runaway and denied what's going on. Plus no friendly staff , that's mediocre for the price a actually pay and get that kind of service

The day before my stay they contacted me saying that my credit card was invalid and they made me give them my card info by the phone to keep the room and they even charged me 30 dollars more. During the stay they made me Check in twice (¿?) because they didn't remember they had already done it... Then back home I realized that they charged me twice! I called them several times, several days and no answer. At the end booking is giving me the refound. Problematic and overpriced!

The rooms were also not very soundproof and could hear others. The linens were clean and the bed was fairly comfortable and we slept reasonably well. While we had limited interactions, the owners were friendly. Would actually give a 2.5 if I could.
R	Raffles Koh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms & amenities were adequate for a budget hotel, but this was definitely some of the worst customer service interactions I've had in my years of travel - Canadian or International. Staff was incredibly condescending, and acted aloof even when I was actively trying to pay for my room. Staff flat out lied when I asked whether some basic requests (Having the front desk hang onto a key for me) could be accommodated, and got verbally aggressive when I tried to clarify and explain the situation. I felt threatened and I would have immediately started looking for other accommodations if my phone wasn't already dying and the day getting dark. I ultimately wish the staff well and genuinely hope that they are able to access the coaching they need to manage their interpersonal relationships.
