J	Jess Francoeur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very understaffed for driving instructors and reseptionists. Road classes are pretty much unavailable. Students are only able to schedule one driving class every two months.... I may be a senior citizen by the time I get my license. I understand that the covid-19 crisis has affected businesses and that driving schools were closed for three months. However, that provided the driving school three months to formulate an efficient return to business plan, which I feel they did not. Turning the theory classes into zoom classes are not effective, not an efficient use of employees in a time when understaffed, and most importantly the zoom classes are not inclusive for those many individuals with limited or no Wi-Fi access. There have been many accounts from students who are charged the $50 no-show fee for technical difficulty when connecting to a class... multiple times, resulting in hundreds of dollars in fees, myself included. Driving schools have been open since early June. I am writing this October 14th. I was sympathetic in the beginning, but at this point nothing has changed in the way of service and accommodation offered. I understand that the receptionists and driving instructors are all doing their best, actually above and beyond considering the circumstances.
W	William Lockman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole business is a sham, they take your money and give you terrible planning in terms of on road classes, just for a simple practice drive, I have to wait a whole 4 months just to schedule something, this is unacceptable, I’m paying very large amounts of money just to not be able to get my license in a reasonable delay… I started march 2021, and the way things are looking, I won’t be done till I reach my mid twenties, awful service I would rate it a 0/5 if I could, keep away from these incompetent scammers
S	Sandra Bornn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: contacted company as per the comment early this week and have heard nothing in response. Very difficult to book any times for in car sessions. It took 3+ months to get a date to start in car but we were patient due to COVID and small business challenges. We showed up for the first in-car session on Sunday and the instructor did not show up, turns out the school had double booked him for his own professional development. So we drove 45 minutes into the city and waited another 45 just to turn around and return home. We were advised that more sessions would be released Tuesday and to check often. During the entire day only 3 times were released over the next 4 months. We will be seeking a refund and a school change. It would appear that this location is vastly under-staffed.
f	faus simo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not give them your money. If you do, you'll enter a saga of nightmares. As soon as they have your money, the switch turns off. You'll have to run after scheduling with rude people and they will charge you for any mistake you make. Example, they charge for the rental at the exam even if you paid for it in the whole package. Keep all records and receipts and be ready to fight because they will not give you an inch of doubt. Also, if you're english speaking, they will say they have english classes but you'll end up in french classes anyway. Out of the 4 instructors i've had, only one was average good. I took a motorcycle course and out of 16 hours of practice, there was so many students on the court that i was only able to practice the closed circuit exam sample twice(15minutes)

I have been waiting MONTHS for an administrative or technical 'issue' to be resolved regarding my registration, as I cannot register for anything. A problem with my account regarding my email address has been ongoing and no employee seems to know how it can be resolved. I've been told someone will contact me by phone, but this has NOT ever happened. I work full time and do not have the space in a day to spend on the phone discussing this problem... which always includes me repeating my story. I would like a full refund, but apparently this is also a problem? GAH!

However a couple times when I call to schedule my class the assistants were rude and impatient even though I stay polite. Booking courses are pretty much impossible. They are never any spots available and you get told to call back in a few days (that some classes will open up) only to be told that there are still no spots available when you call back (even a month or 2 from now). I was told to call back this morning to book a practice test next month and the lady on the phone told me there was no places available and hung up on me before I could ask my next question which was related to my exam and car rentals.

Then they put him in french classes when we clearly explained we are english speaking. I went to get a refund because the customer service was so poor. They sent me a cheque for 57$ Where is the rest of our money???? Nobody is taking responsibility and refunding me. I received absolutely 0 service and I am out almost 200$ How is this place still open. Scam artists! Do not go here!

I have talked to several people in other driving schools in the Gatineau area and they are having no issues with class availability. I am planning to get a refund for the remaining phases and switch schools. My son has been in phase two for 4 months and still only managed to be half way done despite several calls and constant checking of online availability.
