I spoke my limited French to the server who also spoke fluent English. They were welcoming and kind. The food was good and decent price too. Covid careful which made us happy.

V	Vics Mom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, efficient service. Amazing portion sizes, super friendly staff and they serve booze in Gatineau after 8:00 am I think it is. Only downside, the coffee is very weak and flavourless. Bloody Caesar it is.

I should mention I'm disabled and can't walk - The second time I wanted to order the manager told me they don't deliver to my area ! I'm .7 km away from them (700 meters). After telling me they won't deliver we got off the phone. Thinking maybe he made a mistake I called back to confirm. A girl answered this time . She told me the same thing as him, I asked if we can do a pickup because my neighbor agreed to do it for me. She hung up! I called back again. The male manager answered again. And started by saying "I told you we don't deliver to ur area" I said "I understand but why does your other worker hang up on me"? He said "I don't know" I requested email info for his manager or owner. He refused. Also refused to give his name only saying "I'm the manager" Than he said "if you continue I'll hang up in you too" I replied " For What ? What am I doing wrong? He said " ok bye" and hung up I haven't been disrespect like that before Negative stars! Awful !
S	Sun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why they never came to get the order. Waited and waited then finally I could order. They didn't come check if everything was ok or we would want to order more. After the meal, again, we had to wait so long. My friend talked to an employee, I went to the front to talk to someone to send us someone. We had so much time waiting for them that I calculated the total price and tax and prepared the money. Waiting for so long being disappointed by their service, I removed some tips. When this woman server was so upset somehow when she arrived to take the money for the foods. She didn't say neither sorry not thank you. Nothing. Just took the money being so angry and left. I wonder what kind of training the servers get. I didn't write the review for like 3 weeks but now I am doing it just because this way I can avoid this location in the future because I like Mike's restaurant.
