I am so happy with the staff and their flexibility and kindness. I think their rates are reasonable and their progress reports are very professional and timely!

Not only was KUMON not working for my son, he really didn't like it as there is little one-on-one tutoring. 6 months ago we decided to try Scholars, who immediately assessed him and notably he tested below his grade level. Over the past 6 months of one-on-one tutoring my son's confidence has improved dramatically, so I knew it was going well. Scholar's just re-assessed him and he has improved dramatically, testing at his peer grade level for Math and above grade level for Computation. Very pleased.

Since attending, his confidence at school has improved remarkably. Most importantly, it's never a battle to get him to go to Scholars. He enjoys his time there. Mark is great with working around our erratic hockey schedule. Alia has been wonderful in building relationship with our son to help him learn. Well worth the investment.

Mark did an assessment for her at the very beginning and tailored the course based on her individual levels. Mark has always been patient, accommodating and enthusiastic. My daughter always loved coming to Mark’s classes. She has come a long way and now she is ahead of the curve. We thank Mark sincerely for working with her in the past 9 months, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

We started sending him to Scholars twice a week and not only did they get his reading up to the right level but also helped him develop a love of reading.
