★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not have asked for a better first-time, home-buying experience. Cindy-lou was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was always very kind, welcoming and friendly. She promptly answered all of my MANY clueless questions as a first-time home buyer with patience and detail that went beyond my expectations. Her thoughts and recommendations were always appreciated and valued, and it was evident from day one that she puts a lot of time and care into her work. I told Cindy-lou on numerous occasions that she articulated exactly what I was thinking/wanting without me even knowing what that was!! She really listens and observes, and I believe that is her superpower! During the offer process, she was available at any given moment, and both Cindy-lou & Landon worked promptly, communicated to all parties and took care of things even beyond their roles. I cannot thank Cindy-lou enough and am counting down the days until closing! When I eventually sell & buy in the future, I will 100% be working with Cindy-lou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to Kitchener about 3 years ago and after a few months decided to start looking for our own house, that's when we first met Landon and Cindy-Lou, they were very helpful and accommodating in matters of how to direct the search, and when we decided to switch our search to new built houses, they still gave a lot of help, there was some obstacles that we faced but they were helpful and always available ton help us through the road, even after signing the agreement for the new house, they still provided us with great support and guidance through the process of owning the new house and moving and yet after acquiring the new house and moving in, they still give us that great support.
Thanks Cindy-Lou and Landon for your continuous support that we really appreciate.

Cindy-lou came highly recommended to us from our friends, and we 100% understand why! Cindy-lou is so amazing, she goes above and beyond your expectations! She is so kind and thoughtful! She also has amazing style! She really takes the time to connect with each and every one of her clients!
Her amazing team includes her husband, Landon, who always made himself avaiable whenever Cindy-lou had time away. As well as, Megan, who is so sweet and super, super nice. Megan was also always avaiable to show us listings if Cindy-lou was ever away!
