The house we purchased wasn't even one we had on our radar. But, after getting to know us, our price point and what we liked, she knew what to look for and then helped us seal the deal. Relocating cities is a stressful endeavour, let alone with a toddler in a pandemic... she took a tremendous weight off our shoulders, and helped us find a great home quickly. She also helped us find a mortgage broker, home inspector and contractor during the process. So helpful, when you're new to the city and don't know anyone. We can't say enough about what a positive experience this was for our family. Thank you, Kim!
