Love the food, so fresh and somany fun choices. And who doesnt love a pickle on a stick!
But over the years they keep raising their prices, so only a treat now vs regular visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to grab and go a bagel or build your own. So many delicious smoked and cured fish choices its hard to decide. I chose the beet gravlax on a Pumpernickel bagel with Scallion cream cheese and it was absolutely delicious! You can get all kinds of other goodies including famous chips from England. Cute patio in the back too.Always my number 1 choice for bagels and lox. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Nestled away in behind Fat Pasha, this is the city’s best option for a quick bagel and cream cheese. Great home made lox options. And fresh sturgeon in excellent. Of course, I had the Alter kocher with sturgeon. The Kvetch with egg and cheese was also excellent. Great bagels here.
Could use a couple more cheese options (muenster, for example) to make a simple bagel and cheese option more practical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a classic lox on everything bagel and it is just the simplest best thing on a rainy day, like a warm blanket that hugs just all the right spots. i mean if you like lox or just salmon/fish in general, this is that and capers and onions smeared with cream cheese! but on a really nice bagel too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This my friends, is one of the best bagel shops I’ve been to in a long while! They are overly generous with their portions, the bagels are fresh and delicious, and the lady working the pick up area is friendly and leaves a smile on your face! What more can you ask for! We had the Kvetch on poppyseed which is basically a breakfast bagel, and trust me it will hit the spot! + the Zaftig sandwich on pumpernickel which is not my usual choice but was a pleasant surprise! I really loved both and will definitely be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad and I had a fantastic lunch here. We ordered the chub chub and the chazzer and I recommend both. There is a lovely patio hidden away behind the shop. The service was exceptional and the kind person working at the counter helped us pick our sandwiches. I can't wait to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh bagels, cream cheeses, salads and cured fish that can be served to go, but they also have options for you to buy their products and other grocery items for at home. Staff there are extremely kind and welcoming!
I got the Maven, which is a typical Lox and bagel. It was really good and the portion of cream cheese and lox was generous, but at $16, it’s definitely a once in a while treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bagel house has my heart. A staple of the DuPont neighborhood. They have a bagel for everyone. I love the build your own option. They also have pizza bagels for sale and babka!!! The gooiest babka you’ve ever had. These foods are rich and such a treat to eat. The bagel sandwiches are always PACKED with ingredients. No skimping out on anything here. I’ll go back again and again
