★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went through the whole process and they said we got accepted, than told us 2 days after we got accepted and told us that head office called and said we weren't accepted we were ready to pay the rent and sign the lease agreement the manager said we were accepted but the landlord said we weren't

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has and is being nicely renovated ~ the apartments are spacious and the new owners have been thorough, in making it a family and pet-friendly place. It has become an attractive place to reside and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rents are manageable ~ I would recommend this building for Seniors as well.
