★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought a pair of shoes and his experience with the staff at the store was great. But, the shoes hurt his feet a lot and it was painful to walk on them. He contacted "Customer Service" and their "politics" to return the shoes have been a nightmare. It's been months and he is still on talks with them to have a refund (refund is out of the question) To exchange them it has been a nightmare.
