J'avais passé la date de retour de quelques jours, mais j'avais été malade et n'avais pas eu le temps de m'occuper du retour. Nicole m'a dit : "Venez au magasin, nous allons voir ce qu'il faut faire. Elle m'a fait essayer une demi-pointure plus grande. Et cela faisait parfaitement. Elle a appelé pour vérifier si elle pouvait commander la couleur. Ils l'avaient, il en restait quatre paires, dont une pour moi!!!!!!!!!! Nicole a fait preuve de compréhension, d'empathie et d'un service exceptionnel. Bravo à Nicole. Bravo à Naot. Hello, It's my lucky day! When I try again the pair of sandals I bought, I see that they do not suit me well. I had passed the return date by a few days, but had been ill and had no time to deal with the return. Nicole said to me: "Come to the store, we'll see what to do. She made me try on a half size larger. And it did perfectly. She called to see if she could order the color. They had it, there were four pairs left, including one for me !!!!!!!!!! Nicole demonstrated understanding, empathy and exceptional service. Well done to Nicole. Well done to Naot.

T	T G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naots are my favourite shoes, full stop. The prices, however, are too high. Regarding the sales staff: Nicole is amazing; Wendy, not so much. Wendy gave the me the wrong size and I had to return to exchange for the right size. If you go here, be sure to have Nicole serve you because if Wendy does, you may walk away with the wrong size and not know and the return window is only 2 weeks. Naot sizing is particular and different from other shoe sizing.

By no means dress shoes, but very stylish looking, mine are casual and can definitely pass for business casual, which makes them incredibly versatile. No you cannot wear them to the boardroom but you can most definitely wear them to the office and you can also walk the dog in them. Contrary to reviews contending that they are pricey, when compared to mass-produced items of substandard-to-average workmanship across the brand spectrum that cost easily upwards of $200 (no need to name any brands here), the conclusion is that $225 to $265 for a pair of shoes that are stylish, therapeutic, rugged and built to last, is not, at all, a pricey proposition. The key lies in comparing, not judging a price...
