★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 5th day. We are severely over populated due to the extreme cold weather. This is the 3d day in a row l was asked to eat in my room. Either on the floor or on my bed. As this place does not provide a table or chair in your seniors residence. All other disabled seniors can eat in the dining area. They told me to talk to my counsellor. And get permission, unlike all the other vissually disabled seniors, my disabilities are not as apparent, but just as disabling. I have severe crippling and excruciating rheumatoid arthritis. I can't sit and eat on my bed in my room as they do not supply a table or desk in the room. Especially, when l haven't slept for three days a wink. Why? They have a 24 hour laundry room right across from my room. This is discriminatory and prejudicial of my own serious disability, and l will be making a formal complaint against the staff who were not considerate of.my needs. Not knowing is no excuse, l would not ask if l didn't need to.
