★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I suppose first of all they fo their best to assist you in your needs. The rooms are exactly what you need, clean washrooms, drawers, table 3 beds for your family. The food is very good, alot better then you'd assume it would be. The Cafeteria where you eat has large windows, you can see the scenery, good light makes an uplifting place to chow down. Theres a lobby, or tv room next to it it's the children's playroom with toys and such, not to forget the playground outside for them. Very good experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't understand how this place has so many positive reviews. I have tried to contact this shelter about 10 times in the last 4 years and every single time they never answer. I have called at different times on different occasions and I never get through. I'm a single mother who is currently homeless and cannot find a new home.. I am homeless because of a fire in my old apartment building and have been homeless for 6 months now. I have tried everything but much like this place no one answers. How can you ask for help when it's never available? And yes I am already in contact with Street Outreach and many other public resources that keep sending me back to the same shelters that are always full or never answer the phone or call you back.
