★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there with my sister and cousin because my sister was confused and wanted help with reporting an accident. Was told to leave by a Caucasian lady because we were too many people, although there was another group of three which were also Caucasian. Disappointed because it felt like racism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a wonderful experience, minus being in an accident. The staff are perfectly professional, I think everyone has to remember that these people get yelled at on a regular. They understand that you have been in an accident, but you do not know how they have been treated before you walked through their doors. Please be kind, and you will get treated with same kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in and out fairly quickly. Helpful staff from the lady who greets you outside, and takes photos of the car. Inside, a staff member helps you get started, and then finally the Police Officer who takes the report.
Very professional, and such an easy process to report the accident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really don't understand some of these negative reviews. I was there yesterday (midmorning when it isn't so busy) and found the place to be very well-organized and efficient. About as comfortable as any other government waiting room. Sign board shows your position in line. Pop/snack machine. The staff were really helpful. Like any group of people some are more outgoing than others. But they do what they can, including helping you submit the information at the self-serve kiosks, to get you on your way.
