โ โ โ โ โ If you want cockroaches and bed bugs then this is the place to be ! In top of this the place is Infested with rats and mice .
Previous Manager Mircea always took care and building was never Infested, since these managers took over 3 years ago everything you want you can find here .

you can't find any apartment for this rent in burnaby, and one more thig it is our choice to live here or not , they never came and ask to you live.

They maintaining the property clean.
They try really hard to take care of the building, and they really nice to people, they not mean.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been leaving in this building for almost 3 years and the management people wife and husband they are a very nice people,very understandable too.Their always are helping whenever you need them.
The building is always clean ,when it snows she always is shaveling taking care of our safety.

โ โ โ โ โ DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are completely useless a The manager Tanja is unresponsive to phone calls and her husband is very rude .
When I first moved here, it was better. But the influx of trashy people and these managers refusal to do their job has made this place unlivable. I had to get out.

Tanja cleaning all the time,shes also vacuming every day,.Her husband,Dejan help with the gardening, his also really friendly and help with the cleaning too.Theyre not hesitate to help,when ever I had any problem,or just need to fix something. Im totally fine with them,I would say them make them job very good,professional ,correct.Also good neighbor's here ,they are kidfriendly,familyar people.I totally reccomend this place with a 5โโโโโ

Tanja and Dejan are great resident managers. I have never had an issue about getting problems in my suite delt with. Both of them work hard keeping this building maintained. Tanja is cleaning the common areas everyday They are the kind of managers that everyone would like to have. Two thumps up ??.

โ โ โ โ โ Tanja and Dejan are great resident managers. The building is super old and should be updated but other then that the only reason I continue to stay in this building is because of them! Tanja does her best to keep the building clean and Dejan is always really helpful with maintenance issues. There are many dirty people that live in this building though.
