I'm so thankful to live near this location. Has been an absolute blessing from the kindness of security guards when I first come in to all the teenagers working. It's a great small town feel and so thankful to be here. Thanks guys!

I have been a regular customer of this store for 20 years. I know you don't have the lowest prices but my elderly father and I always liked your staff - especially the pharmacy staff. My experience yesterday, however, made me wonder if my loyalty is misplaced. I was looking for some aluminum pans and found a pack of 5 for $4.49. Beside these were others at $12.99. I took the $4.49 ones but was charged $12.99. When I questioned this the first thing the customer service person said is "A customer must have switched them" We have all seen when a customer takes a product and decides not to buy it and puts in the wrong place on the shelf but this was not the case unless the customer took ALL of the product from one position and switched it with another product. I suggested that it looked more like the product was stocked in the wrong place by an employee. We went to a manager and he, without even looking at it said "It must have been done by a customer" and "there is nothing I can do about it". I asked him to have a look which he did but he did not change his mind and continued to blame a customer and told me I should have checked the product code or description on the tag. Well my 65 year old eyes have enough trouble with the price without examining codes and I expect the price directly under a product to be it's cost. I payed the $12.99 - it was never about the $ for me but I just wanted them to apologize and correct the mistake. On the way home it occurred to me that they probably thought that I was the customer that switched all these product. This made me angry and it is the reason I no longer feel a loyalty to this store

Very overpriced grocery store. But they have a great selection of items. Very good quality bakery/ deli. Its Clean and staff are helpful.

This store is always busy and often out of stock. Suppliers like Coke make it hard to shop by leaving pallets in the store isles. On this occasion I returned multiple times the same area to see if I could now reach my desired item. Staff and suppliers were still chatting away. I had to crawl over pallets and cans of pop to retrieve one of a few bags of chips left while employees watched. No one helped, offered to move anything or gave the smallest bit of assistance. They watched me struggle on my knees on cans on a pallet!! What a safety hazard. I hate this store, it’s such a disaster.

There is no customer service. The meat department staff member totally walked away from me when I was about to ask her a question. I guess her co workers was more important than me. I don't think I will ever go back there.
