★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write or post any reviews but I really needed to warn people that are looking for realtors to PLEASE avoid IP RAWAL from Save Max Real Estate in the Brampton/ Mississauga area. My husband and I were first time home owners and this guy seemed like he was a great choice but he DOES NOT know anything about the property he's selling you!! AT ALL. He makes so many promises before you purchase and backs out so quickly as the mortgage is done. He works together with the sellers to just hide all the major issues with the property and makes you feel like you're getting a fair deal despite being YOUR realtor. When confronted, he's soo disrespectful and LITERALLY starts yelling at you. Despite having a closing date and promising us the keys to OUR new home on that date, he kept delaying and we got the keys 1 & 1/2 days later which really threw off our plans. NO TRANSPARENCY whatsoever. Completely unprofessional service and this guy's EGO is beyond anyone's I've ever seen. When we questioned him and asked why promises weren't kept he told us he has 20+ year experience and DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM, JUST GOOGLE ME type remarks. Extremely disappointing and overall frustrating experience. Definitely going to be filing a complaint with RECO.
