I have called Millennium numerous times and spoken with Stephanie and she has been very helpful, enthusiastic and professional. I have worked at reception including many years at Real Estate companies and I also had my RE license, so I well understand all the responsibilities and duties entailed in this position at the Front Desk. Reception is so important to any company; it is the callers and visitors first contact with the company. I have also spoken with Colleen, the Support Manager, and she has always been very kind and receptive to my questions and patiently taken the time to fully answer my inquiries and returned my calls quickly. High praise to both of you and I would highly recommend C21 Millennium!

From the first day he understood our requirements very well and was extremely patient with us. An thoroughly responsive and professional individual and at the same time took time to be very personally involved in our search. The way he managed our closing and negotiations with all important recommendations and introductions to necessary people it made our process fairly seamless. Well done IP.

He's incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and we are so safe to put our trust in him to guide us through all things Real Estate. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience & deceitful..Dealt with Anju Kapoor for sale & purchase recently in September 2021. She agreed upon 3% commission for both transactions. On closing day, brokerage documents showed 4%, upon confronting lady told us will reimburse once she gets paid a month later and also mentioned in brokerage agreement can write 4% only as a standard format but will settle us later..After waiting and continuous follow ups, was told she will give gift card of furniture store (did not reveal amount), then a few days later she said we can collect cheque of 2000 from her (actual amount is 8 grand) she said she has to pay taxes too.. we wondered 6 grand is going towards taxes..but no reply from her..blocked us on instagram too..question is not about how long we had to chase her, we still have not been paid.. but it’s about ethics..don’t committ if you cannot fulfill.. sorry to say century21 you guys lost your returning customers!!
