★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you could give under a star I would. His place is a complete joke as a uhaul dealer. They have people who don’t know how to rent the uhaul, the employees have no idea how to even hook the trailer up. No one ever tells me how to return the trailer so I drop it where I picked it from ( as I’ve done at the park street uhaul numerous times) Then I get a call from some “Len” who get all made because I returned the trailer and he’s too blind to see it parked there I guess, decides it ok to lecture someone over the phone about how uhaul works blah blah blah.Maybe I should’ve been given receipts. He says oh well the man who rented it told you you would get emails. Ok well the dude should’ve told me where to park the trailer and how to return it too. He never told me anything. I’ll never go back to such a scuzzy place. Disgusted with the service all around.
