To get a prescription renewal you've got to make an appointment and go through so much b's that you basically have to go to the emerg in order to get it the same day. It used to be a good Clinic now I'm looking elsewelsewhere.

I find it hard with my work hours to get through as at the times I can call it is very often busy. I often wonder about some bad reviews, why do people think they can expect same day service? That would be an emergency. If you let your prescription run out.... that is on you, it certainly isn't their fault.

Requested several phone appointments a week in advance with promises of a callback within a 3-hour period with no text, email or follow-up of any kind by doctor or staff. Complete dismissal of severe stomach pain & other symptoms when I do happen to get an appointment. Will be leaving this practitioner's care effective immediately.

R	Riley Gorman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too many great things too say, the people there are all great or so it seems, but ive had atleast 3-4 doctor changes over a 4-6month period none of which were brought to me the patient, before they went through with it, always call in and they say a new name is my doctor, and yet i never received a call telling me prior to it already being done. On top of this, im on medication, and every time ive had to refill its a different procedure, come on “health-professionals” dont you guys always follow strict guidelines/procedures? Why is it so loosey goosey? Especially when im on a medication that i had to sign a contract for? And you guys cant keep your end? Not cool! Clearly speaks volume to how much they care for their patients! And im not the only person in my circle that has problems with this clinic! Ive had handfulls of friends / companions leave the clinic due to stupidity on there behalf ! Doesnt mean the people there are all terrible! Just wish they would think a little? Like lets give this patient their third replacement doctor, whom is training still, and has no clue what the medication even is or what it does, so the patient now has to educate the doctor! That seems a little Effed up too me , and I honestly hope im not the only one!
