★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled from Toronto to Big White for the first time. Sasquatch sushi was a hidden gem behind one of the Stonebridge hotels. My girlfriend and I split the beef carpaccio and had a number of delicious rolls and sashimi. We also had four of the drink specials between us, they were so good. Everywhere is short staffed, but the service was still the best we’ve had yet.
