I went there once, and the receptionist was extremely rude. Thought she might just be having a bad day, so I tried going there a second time to make an appointment, and they were very unwelcoming and rude and turned me away and told me to call and make an appointment over the phone even though I was already there in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to book an ultrasound yesterday April 19th/2021 to confirm a miscarriage. The receptionist that I spoke with from 8:00- 8:06AM at this SMI Sutherland location was shockingly rude. She asked how far along I was and said "there's not much to see anyway". This is not an acceptable way to speak to patients, and especially not to someone losing their baby.
I have never posted a review until now, but this is something worth speaking up for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my anatomy ultrasound at SMI Sutherland. It took more than an hour which I was expecting, but the tech said nothing and gave me no information about what she was seeing. The screen was turned towards her the whole time, she showed me the baby moving in the last 10 seconds of her scan. The room was extremely hot that I had to take a break in between to get up and get some air. It turned out everything was perfect with the scan. She was just absurd. Not surprised this location has so many negative reviews. Won't be booking here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no clue why this place has so many bad reviews. The technician that did my ultrasound was beyond efficient, friendly and nice to us. I did not have to ask for pictures, she offered some right away. She took time to get to know us and make us feel calm. The place is also super new, and front desk is efficient and fast. Best experience I have ever had.
