★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mediators office resolved my case in 2019 in alternative measures with $4000 of restitution to be paid o me as the terms of dropping he charges. But they forgot to register the restitution with the court house and I have been trying to get David P, the mediator to resolve this since 2019 but it takes me months to reach him for him to say that he does not have anything further and that the charged man isn't answering his phone. I was told by the courthouse that this should have been registered/filed but the mediator David P apparently forgot to put it in the terms to drop the charges so 5 years after the incident, I'm still out $4000. Extremely unprofessional and won't get back to you, I've been attempting to reach him for over 6 months with no answer.
